Is there any way to configure MM to pause playback when it is minimized? I'd like for it to pause when I press Win+M to minimize all windows. I have the Pause hotkey configured, but I'd like the minimize action to pause it as well.

If I am not mistaken, It always deletes the output path folder. Think of it as its output 'work' folder. You need to make the output archive go somewhere other than the output folder.
