Not sure i understand your meaning:
I should select each .db (one by one) into media monkey, the export to a new playlist, using export to playlist feature.
after doing all 6, select the .db i actually want to use & scan this new playlist into mm
have i got it?

ooops! you are quite correct. i was looking at the MM folder - C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\MediaMonkey. fixed it! I was able to navigate to the folder using MM now. selected down to MM folder & ran scan (file types all - hide unselected items). hi ok. nothing. desele...

Sorry, perhaps i didn't explain very well. I've gone File > Add/Rescan Files (menu option in MediaMonkey's Main Menu) but i'm unable to navigate to the .db files i want to scan. The path (which is available in windows explorer) is just not available through MM. I'm wondering if i needed to enable so...

thanks i went with your second option as i couldnt download the add-on. (File > Add/Rescan Files with the M3U File Type enabled). When i try to navigate to add/rescan from C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\MediaMonkey,I was unable to get there from Application Data (not seen)....

Lost hard drive
recently i lost my hard drive & the MM db & ini files. fortunately I was able to get the library & all my tracks from another backup.
Now i have an ipod with the old playlists on there.Is there a way to import this playlist info back into MM.?
