You can't. Full tagging support is available after you rip the CD. CD Info is fairly limited due teh Red book standard of CD subdata (eg. CD text).

So procedure is RIP CD -> Edit/Tag rest of Metadata.

That is not yet possible in MMA, we are looking into how to add Auto-Playlists directly in MMA. Currently You can create such playlists in MM5 and sync them like that to MMA.
