Regarding the first question: MMA Pro licenses are perpetual licenses.

Yes that's my experience as well. I just didn't included step 5 because that step wasn't critical to replicating the bug for me.

pbpb, Build 938 is an outdated build of MMA (the latest beta is 1171, soon to be replaced with a new beta build). Does the issue occur once you've updated? Jimmersd, Your report was an MMW issue. A few weeks ago, there was a ddos attack emanating from several hundred addresses and all of those IPs were blocked.

But that doesn't explain why you only don't have access to the main site. Can you share your IP?

p.s. I'm not able to replicate the problem of volume controlling the CC once playback has paused. Does this occur consistently for you?
