Hi Peke
Apologies if I'm missing something obvious but I've installed 3d album art browser as suggested, and can't get it to look anything like the layout I posted in which album art is displayed much more clearly, without overlap, albeit in 2D...?

Re: Album art browser with details
Peke,
I was hoping for Art Browser... with details.
Forgive me if you are the programmer, but this is nothing like the view I had in MM4. If you cant help, just say so.

Re: Album art browser with details
Thanks, Barry. It's disappointing to hear that. I don't resent having paid for the upgrade to MM5 as I am grateful for many hundreds of hours of use of excellent previous versions, but am surprised that I'm the only one who has missed that function, and that an upgrade does not at least offer an alt...

Album art browser with details
Hi there - I don't seem to be able to work out how to get my view in MM5 set up the way I liked it so much in MM4 (below). I think it was called Art Browser with details, but Manage Views only has List or Grid as options? Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere, all I could find seemed to be a...

Re: Changes made to view settings not remembered on restart
Thanks - Ive sorted it! - the local Apps data folder had been set to read only for some reason. No idea how or why, but I unchecked the read only on folder properties and now changes are updated on restart.

Re: Changes made to view settings not remembered on restart
Thanks no-hitter but I checked and there are no MM processes running after closing it down when I look in task manager. What file is modified when changes are made like those described, and where might I find it?
thanks
MThomas

Changes made to view settings not remembered on restart
Hello Recently each time I have started MM (3.2.0.1294) the program opens with the same file highlighted, playlist tree open, and any changes made to the view in the previous session appear not to have been saved. It also seems I cannot change the skin and have MM remember this on start up the next ...

Glitzch in ripping
Hope you can help: I recently updated MM to the Full version 3.0.3.1183. I have used MM daily for a few years, and it works brilliantly...except... I have just begun to notice that when I listen back to tracks ripped in MM from cd into mp3 format, there is a brief "tzzt" at about 6 seconds...
