Re: MediaMonkey iTunes plugin (d_itunes.dll & d_itunes4.dll)
Just ran into a somewhat obscure bug in setting up a new computer with MM3 and your plug-in. Upon launching MM for the first time after installing the plug-in, I happened to have an audio CD in my drive. The audio CD gets enumerated as an IITSource by iTunes, and the plug-in was trying to sync my pl...

Re: MediaMonkey iTunes device plugin (d_itunes.dll)
Mark, just wanted to thank you for developing this. You have obviously put in a lot of time into developing and supporting it, which I appreciate greatly. I actually started to develop something similar before discovering your plug-in. Just got the Apple TV v2, which works great to access iTunes lib...

Yes, that would be FANTASTIC if it were only possible. I'm sorry to say this, but you don't know much about how the ipod actually works.

Re: iPhone/iPod Touch 2.0 Firmware isn't compatible with MM
You guys need to relax about this. The 2.0 firmware has broken ALL third-party tools that sync the iPhone or iPod Touch, including WinAmp and Linux tools such as Amarok or gtkpod. All of these tools will continue to be broken (w.r.t. synching iphone) until the 2.0 firmware DB hash is broken, and no ...

JoeyJoJo, thanks for this. Does your .exe require that you still sync a file to your Zune before it is run or does it somehow do this automatically? Thanks again. This exe will only kill the Zune process. You'll still need to start it up and kick off the sync process manually, but at least you don'...

Thanks to all for the effort to get the Zune working with 3rd party software. The Zune is a great piece of hardware that is crippled with horrific software. Hopefully this effort will continue and will eventually support synching playlists, but this is a good start. To add to the effort, I have writ...
