Re: Song Information Panel v2.0 (2009-09-19) [MM3]

It's in MM menu Options: Tools | Options | Player | Song Information Settings Thanks. I found the setting about a minute after after I posted my question..... The panel can display all playlists that contain a selected track. I want to display all playlists that contain anything by the selected art...

Re: Song Information Panel v2.0 (2009-09-19) [MM3]

I'm late to the party but I could use a little help if anyone still monitors this thread :) I downloaded and the script and double clicked it. MM opened as expected and I had the "Information Panel 1" displayed, but un-skinned. I found the files were placed in C:\Users\Flip\AppData\Roaming...

Re: Plugin to find which playlists contain a track?

There is also Songs Information Panel addon. ....and you don't have to open anything. I installed the script so I have a basic "Information Panel 1" above the now playing list - but I can't find where to configure it :-/ I'll keep looking - but if you could point me in the right direction...

Plugin to find which playlists contain a track?

I want to be able to select a track or artist and be able to find which of my playlists contain that track or tracks by the artist. I don't see any way to do this with MMs default structure - but I'm wondering if anyone's built a plugin to do this. I'm imagining an entry on a right click menu : - Fi...

Re: reverse sync from android back to pc

Quick answer - Yes. Connect the device to MM and do a normal sync at least once so MM knows about the device. On the PC (don't know about Mac): Tools > Options > Portable device sync Select the device > Configure Select tab "Auto Sync-> Library" There you can choose folders to copy and whe...

Possible to see/save "Now Playing" list?

After adding tracks to the Now Playing list is it possible to 1) see the tracks in the Now Playing list 2) save them as a new playlist that will be synced back to the PC? I am unable to find a way to to either and they seem like fairly basic features to me. Or maybe I'm just missing something simple...

Thanks!

Just want to say - Thanks for this script! I'm in the process of moving from an XP box running MM 4.0 to win7 running MM4.1 portable so I can sync with my phone. At one point I found myself with 3 installations all with different histories - and was worried I was going to lose the data from 2 of the...

Thank you Bex!

I checked the link and it looks to be just what I need. I've not installed any MM scripts before but the instructions seem clear. I'll download and give it a go.

Re: Play Counts

Is there any way to force the update of the play counter? I listen to audiobooks and podcasts in MP3 format. These often come in huge files (can be several hours long). Quite often I'm left with files that I'm finished with, but MM insists on synching them to my ipod because the play counter is set ...

Talking to myself...

I edited the mediamonkey.ini file to stop the Automatic scanning. I changed ScanOnStart lines in the AutoScan section from 1 to 0 - so no need to rename the library etc. [AutoScan] autoRemoveDeadLinks=1 autoRemoveArtists=1 autoRemoveAlbums=1 FolderCount=2 Path1=E:\Music\Ready for Library\ Subfolders...
