I spoke too soon.
It happened with the normal MMW 5, but only once so far. I wasn't able to capture the log.

I will get a log as soon as I can.

I'm going to continue using MMW 5. Please consider this issue closed, don't waste any time on my behalf. I will bring it back up if it starts to happen in 5, but so far so good.

Seems like it doesn't happen with debug version of MMW 5.

Is there no hope for it to be fixed in MMW 4?

Oh, I thought of something that might help:

I use UPnP to stream the same MMW server from my Yamaha stereo receiver as well, I have never had issues doing so. (This unit isn't on when I have the issues streaming from MMA).

Well I tried MMW 5, and I don't really like it at all (but that's a separate subject).
I'm going to stick with 4 for now, in the hopes I can get it fixed without upgrading to 5.
