Re: How to delete Track Volume values?
Sorry to bring this up again. I just can't work out volume levelling so I have turned off everything in MM. Clear (using the script previously mentioned) the Track Volume fields. I then used MP3Gain to increase volume of an album's tracks by 3db. I then see that MM added values between -1.1 and -4.5...

Re: MMA Volume Levelling at my wits end
Although not exactly relevant I am using this post as I am also at my wits end with volume levelling. I understand that Analyze will "normalise" the volume by writing an offset value. For example, if too soft, it might enter +2.0. You then need a music player that can read these offsets and adjust. ...

Confirm updates & deletions?
OK, I have obviously inadvertently changed a parameter somewhere. When I previously performed a sync, it would pop up a list of playlists. Sometimes they were ticked, sometimes not. Nevertheless, I ticked all boxes and away I went. A little bit of a distraction but no biggie. My playlists were in sy...

Another Levelling Question, Sorry
Apologies in advance, I know there are many questions out there on levelling but I could not find my answer. In a post some month ago, I was helped with how to go about manually changing the volume of a track. So thank you. What I want is for MMW to automatically level when I add tracks to the libra...

Re: Another ReplayGain Question [#15839]
And I just realized that is making up the difference between 89 and my setting (92). Thanks for your patience.

Tried it after your answer and it worked. Tried a little later and problem had returned.

Re: Another ReplayGain Question
Sorry, just re-read your answer. I can now see what your are saying. +0.5 to -2.5 is 3 Db ie: 92 down to 89. But sill haven't worked out how to adjust individual track volumes.

Re: Another ReplayGain Question
Thanks. But if MMA is set to 89, doesn't that just mean all tracks will play a little softer? Please forgive my persistence but I still haven't worked out how to adjust the volume of individual tracks.

Re: Another ReplayGain Question
Perhaps I am talking of two different things? Looking at a specific track in MMW, the "Track Volume" column shows +0-5 dB. Yet (and after syncing) I open the track on MMA and the "Leveling" shows -2.5 dB.

Re: Another ReplayGain Question
Thank you so much. However, I had a value of -0.5 db. Pressed F2 and typed in -0.6 db (trying to soften the song slightly). MM changed the value to +2.5 db. What is happening here? Very confused.

Re: Another ReplayGain Question
Not sure my question has been understood. I use Analyze Volume and in most cases it works perfectly. However, I have a few albums / tracks that are either too soft / loud and I want to manually adjust.
