What are you trying to share? If you created a debug log you'd have a .log file to share (or .zip if you compressed it). This shouldn't trigger any piracy warnings as it's just a text file.

That is so complicated. The steps to report this problem is too complicated. I have to upload the files i am trying to sync to mediafire but thats asking me to pirate. I don't know if that's appropriate and it's a sync that just freezes. It never finishes. How can i complete a sync if it goes on eternally? That's like asking to empty the ocean with a bucket. I don't know. I don't know what to do without pirating music like the support page is asking me to and completing the sync when the sync doesn't want to complete.

Please do this with the debug version of build 2422. This will allow a developer to analyze why in your setup MediaMonkey is crashing on Sync.

You need to enable the Include beta builds option if you want MediaMonkey to see build 2420 when checking for updates.

I tried to update using mobile data tethering and it says 5.0.0.2338 is the current version. This isn't good enough. There is no solution to this problem. I don't understand. I used the program to try to search for an update and it didn't work. Why did you break the application? Is it because you want users to pay?

I am not currently in a place with internet access for my laptop. What happens when the new patch doesn't fix this issue? What's causing the problem now?

Yes. Mm5 on pc and latest mm for android. Usb sync. Again, no problems manually transferring with file manager but is unable to sync with media monkey.
