This sounds like your device imposed battery optimization on MMA so it can't react on system events and only when it is active behave correctly.

MediaMonkey pauses for me while a call is ongoing.

Can please you send a debug log from About in MMA right after you experience this (you may have to do a test phone call so you can hang up and send the log) and reply here with the logID?

Done but still persist.

Media Monkey is fighting to sing automatically while a call is ongoing.

It is very distracting and the music player should pause automatically once a call is initiated or Ongoing.

Please help look into this bug.

You can disable 'Resume play on connection' in the MMA Options. You may also need to disable 'Always respond to remote buttons'.

Media monkey start automatically if you connect to a Bluetooth device while you are on a call and this causes noise and distraction to an ongoing call
