Ok I have a problem. When using MM from my computer and playing it through the computer speakers everything works well. When I try to send it to the remote speaker ( Boise) in the kitchen I have issues. First of all it starts playing at a very high volume regardless of the setting on MM. I can have it at 5% at MM and it's distorting in the kitchen. I lower the sound at the speaker and next time the same thing happens. Second and most important when I send to the remote speaker it starts playing right away but the next song and every song after that are delayed minutes before being played. If the first song was delayed I would say it was the network but since it plays instantly over the network that doesn't make sense.
