Asus FX505D ->HDMI -> Onkyo TX-NR515AE failure.

When I try to play from MM4 on my notebook through the Onkyo Tuner/amplifier MM4 brings up a pop-up error message saying the Tuner/amplifier is not connected or not on and music cannot be played. The tracks I am attempting to play become greyed out one by one as MM4 attempts to play them.

The Notebook itself shows the Onkyo tuner amplifier to be the output channel.

Other software such as VLC and Groove music play through the Onkyo without a problem, even when MM4 is reporting the problem.

I have looked through the settings, but cannot find a solution.
