It depends on what Selected by is set to. Some will (auto-refresh).

Hi, I've used the auto-playlist functionality to create a simple playlist that only includes songs I have not heard in the last 2 weeks.
When a song plays it will drop from the playlist when I hit F5 to refresh or reload MM.
Recently I've noticed the playlist automatically refreshes and drops the played songs without the need to hit F5. This comes and goes but I would love to have it permanently enabled. I can't figure out how to do this...can anyone help? many thanks M
