Do you have same issues if you are using non skinned MMW version?

I have my windows taskbar on the top of my screen, on a fresh install of MM the window does not check the taskbar position and is placed under it, making it impossible to reposition it without unlocking and moving the Windows taskbar out of the way (although if you move the taskbar back, Windows will properly "shove" MM away from the covered area).
