UPDATE - 06/16/2021
The connection to MusicBrainz has been restored (for now). Thank you.
There is another issue now though...
After clicking OK for the ripping to begin, I get a large, blank white box and I can only get rid of it by force closing the app in Tsk manager and restarting the app...
Because the app essentially crashes, it should be sending logs but, I will try sending a log manually, as well.
