My pleasure, unfortunately as it is common issue for some device drivers (newest mostly).

Hi,
We have increased number of reports that Samsung "AGAIN" broke USB Sync/MTP driver, but WiFi works as it should.

Personally I do not like Samsung devices. They try so hard to look and behave as Apple to their customers.

I'm planning to buy a Samsung S20. I use MediaMonkey Android and also sync. Are there any known issues or is it working fine?
