If files are same you can try to use File -> Locate moved/missing tracks unless you already added those tracks to MM Library.

Playlist from crashed system

Ok so the story goes that my primary system crashed and like a dumbass I had everything backed up except my playlists. So I have rebuilt the system and returned all music to its rightful place. I then used my mp3 player to copy all its contents to a folder on the desktop and built a playlist from that folder. Now here's my question is there anyway to use that playlist in media monkey for my main library to continue building off it? Basically is there anyway to repair the file mapping in the playlist?
