Start here: https://www.mediamonkey.com/support/kno ... ccessible/

Generally it's either a Firewall on Windows blocking the MediaMonkey Server or the device being on a wi-fi network that doesn't allow you to see other devices (like a guest network).

Hi,
Can you check if you have multiple Servers, also in server properties under server tab you can do internal server check or scan QR code using phone camera and see if your default browser open Server properties.

Cannot connect to my Android to my Computer Server where media is stored

I have been using Media Monkey successfully for years. All of a sudden today, I began having sync issues. I checked everything I normally check. I checked my media sharing on my computer, it is on. I thought I might need to upgrade from MM4 to MM5. I did and now I think I am really screwed. I want to be able to sync my Android phone with my computer and I can not seem to get my Android to recognize the server on my computer. Can someone guide me through the steps?
