Did you follow the instructions in the link to leave a space in the URL?

Anyway, in this case, please capture this in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=86643

I've problems posting the img-links, therefore in translated words the windows-message:
MediaMonkey 5 doesn't work anymore, The program will be closed and you will be informed after a solution is available

After clicking on Debugging additional information are available:
Exeption error at 0x77A96D13 (ntdll.dll) in MediaMonkeyEngine.exe: 0xC0000374: HEAP was damaged (Parameter 0x77AD3960)

Hope this can help too
Peter

What error do you get in MMW5? A screenshot could be helpful.

Rip/Convert stops working after a few 1000 files

Hi,
I need to convert a couple of ~40,000 mp3/flac files to only mp3 and a lower bite rate. The function is use is context menue "Send to" > "Folder (Rip/Convert" > (Destination).
After 1000...3000 the process seems to be frozen and MM4 has to be restarted with skipping the already converted files. In MM5 the programs stops with an error after some 1000 files.
Is this a bug?

Regards
Peter
