Based on your screenshoot, your selected column Width do not exceed main panel Width (Green Lines).

Try to Right click on Columns header and check if Auto Width is enabled and/or add few more columns to see if you get Horizontal Scroll then?

Please update to viewtopic.php?t=86639&sd=d and make sure you use one of native skins, also what view you are referring to (full MM screenshot maybe would help)?

I can't scroll the Filelisting panel horizontally. This is a major pain while I am trying to finesse many library entries. How do I get this back?
