Garbled playback of 5.1 Opus file converted from SACD/DSD [#18527]

I used foobar2000 to convert an SACD ISO image to Opus files. The converted Opus 2.0 files play fine on MM5, but the Opus 5.1 files sound garbled, like they've been sent through an extreme low filter. All files play correctly on foobar2000 and also VLC and MPC.

I was curious so I tried converting the SACD 5.1 audio into various other formats and tested them on MM5.

Playback in MM5
AAC/m4a - ok
ALAC - garbled
FLAC - garbled
Opus - garbled
Vorbis/ogg - garbled
PCM/wav - ok

At this point I became even more curious so I tested the files on MM4 as well.

Playback in MM4
AAC/m4a - ok
ALAC - garbled
FLAC - garbled
Opus - not supported
Vorbis/ogg - OK!
PCM/wav - ok

I've used the same procedure to convert other SACDs into Opus 5.1 files and they all played fine in MM5, so no idea what's going on here. I can submit a sample of the Opus file -- not sure how to do that?

Edit: I've sent a sample Opus file via Help ticket
