I faced a similar challenge when customizing the skin and resorted to duplicating it and modifying the skin_base_add.less file. You're absolutely right; it can be quite daunting for non-coders.

I'm enjoying the spirit of your team and its outcome very much.
Always love how free developers are creating a really fine software, being open for feature requests and reporting issues.

But it would depend on a Skinner to make those changes.

There are no user settings in MediaMonkey for the Skin, it has to be done by editing the Skin itself: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=81285
