As you're on the latest build, please capture the white screen in a debug log (step 4b) and attach it to a Support Ticket so that a developer can analyze the log as to why this happens in your setup: viewtopic.php?f=30&t=86643

Which build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey 5? Make sure you're on build 2422 as a few bugs causing this have been fixed: viewtopic.php?f=30&t=86639&sd=d
