I'm at the end of my rope. It's pretty much random, but every few days the whole thing just resets itself to the default settings and shows me the tutorial again.
I've tried everything I've seen suggested online and more. I changed the temp folder. I've uninstalled, completely wiped all traces, and reinstalled several times. I've done the same (also several times) with the portable version. I've used WinAero Tweaker to forcibly take ownership of EVERYTHING so that "Trusted Installer" can't mess with anything. I've disabled automatic updates to windows and avast. I've created an exception for it in avast. I've disabled automatic junk collection and drive optimization.
It's still happening.
I would love more than anything to just find a better music organizer/player at this point, but unfortunately I haven't been able to find one that's free. So hey, if nobody can figure out how to fix this, feel free to suggest a better application altogether.
