Portable\ArtistImages\a\abdoulhalim ağa.jpg
has nothing to do with installation and I doubt that MM5 installer needs to access this file. It is image of an artist that has been looked up to be shown as artist image.

Could you please install debug version of the 2402 : https://www.mediamonkey.com/beta/MediaMonkey_5.0.1.2404_Debug.exe
and submit crash report (it is generated) or debug log (item 4b here: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=86643)

For this version, it is impossible for me to proceed with the installation for the following reasons:

Impossible de compresser Portable\ArtistImages\a\abdoulhalim ağa.jpg car il comporte des caractères qui ne peuvent être utilisés dans un dossier compressé, tel que ğ. Renommer le fichier ou le répertoire.
