Thanks for the response. I checked everything and could not find any wrong settings. I then turned off the firewall and it suddenly worked, indicating that the firewall was the problem. I then turned the firewall back on and it still worked! Go figure...

When connecting via USB you need to start Sync from MMW. When starting from MMA it always does a wifi Sync: https://www.mediamonkey.com/support/kno ... rk-at-all/

My phone has recurrent sync problems. Sometimes it works but most of the time it doesn't. The error I receive is that it cannot connect. This happens with a USB connection and via wifi. I have checked all mediamonkey boxes in the windows firewall.
