It's likely due to a lack of Track#. MediaMonkey 5 should do a better job when using Audio Fingerprinting (gold feature).

Auto-tagging will only match the first song of the album, disregarding the song's title even if the title of the song is already present. The image below, for reference.

I thought it was just Discogs, but when I tried MusicBrainz, the problem is still present.
