Hello, I am a new user and I am having sync issues. I am using a windows laptop (7 yrs old) running version 7 (no wifi sync capabilities) and attempting to sync without success to an android phone via usb cable. Please advise if and hopefully how this can be done?
I was using google music and now it is gone I have to find another music platform.
