Tools > Options > Skins allows you to adjust font size.

What's loaded depends on your Play Now Action setting under Tools > Options > Player.

I've been using MM for a very long time. The latest release has very small font. I have tried to choose different skins to no avail. Is there a way to increase the font size. Also things seem to work differently. (all files load to now playing regardless what I select, "Last Played" field is not populating, and a few others.) Any help would be appreciated.
