Hi,
I guess you should just Use feed or feed/search.php?search_id=unreadposts with your Username and password and see if that satisfy your needs.

I am getting too many emails subscribing to each forum.

Is there a way to subscribe to a forum for New Topics only, without being notified to every reply to every new topic?

Other forums I use only show you the first message to a New Topicj. If I want to continue to see replies to any topic, I have to either Reply to the topic, or Subscribe to it manually.
