Either via right-click > Lookup image > [Default icon]
or there is /ArtistImages/ directory in the /Portable/ folder (for portable install) or in user/AppData/Roaming/MediiaMonkey5/ (for standard install).
So you can clean up the /ArtistImages/ for bulk clean action.

I already did that, but I'm still stuck with the artist images that were found before I changed the setting. I suppose I could delete my library and re-scan, but it would be nice if there was a way to manually reject wrong images.

Is there no way to get rid of unwanted artist images? I would even turn off artist images entirely or force using album images, rather than be forced to accept a bunch of random images.
