Right click on the Windows Taskbar and make sure that MediaMonkey is still enabled to show (I think under Toolbars sub-menu).
Both of those are checked. The only workaround I've found (today actually) was to disable Media Monkey under toolbar, then re-enable it and it shows up fine then, but it also throws all my other enabled toolbars out of whack, so I have go through and disable and re-enable all of them as well, kind of a tedious process.
