Which exact version (Help > About) of MediaMonkey, which model of iPod and version of iTunes (if installed) are you using?

Have you tried reinstalling MediaMonkey?

hello I can't seem to add music to my iPod when it installed buy also I can't exit because every time I press something on my screen it says this Accession violation at the address 00BE9E33 in module media monkey.exe I got the latest version and I need help

I tried reinstallin iTunes, no joy.
My iPod is an Apple replace, refurbished by them, which I restored from backup. I restored again from backup today (the same backup) andit works now!. :D

If iTunes also can't sync, Try to offload tracks from iPod and do a factory reset to see if there is an hardware issue.

recent user feedback that reinstalling new iTunes also brought new version of Apple USB driver and that fixes sync problem.

Nothing yet from MediaMonkey. When I click on the link I was given to check progress, http://www.mediamonkey.com/support/index.php?/Tickets/Ticket/View/UHC-657-81456, I get http://www.mediamonkey.com/support/index.php?/Tickets/Ticket/View/UHC-657-81456 which tells me to login. But there's no way to login, and being logged in here doesn't seem to matter. I've always been very happy with MediaMonkey, but this makes me wonder if I should look elsewhere.

Thanks again, I've submitted a bug report.

May not seem like it, but it is:
1) Download & install debug version of MediaMonkey
2) Download & run DBGView
3) Start MediaMonkey
4) Do whatever the problem is
5) Once problem occurs, save DBGView and attach it to a Support Ticket (ZIP it if large)

Steps 1, 3 & 4 are steps you've already done, now just with the debug version of MediaMonkey.

It doesn't seem to matter what is the first file. I'll try to send a debug log, not exactly easy!

Have you tried different "first" files?

Rebooted everything, downloaded the beta, but it's still sticking on the first file.
