Aha, I should of guessed that earlier. Well Microsoft again decided to change how AERO behave in Win 10 so now when you set use Solid color it ignores manu many settings including custom colors set by apps.

Unfortunately not much to do in Current skinning engine but MM5 should handle that much better, at least till Microsoft decide to change things over again.

Can you make Screenshot showing the bug and skin you used?

Yes, and more than that. If the option to set title bar color automatically based on background picture is set, Windows 10 picks title bar colors that range from light to dark. File Explorer, Notepad++, Faststone, Keepass all honor that and automatically change font color to black or white to give correct contrast. MM does not.

With the new Windows 10 update, if the user has enabled "Show color on Start, taskbar, action center, and title bar" in Color Settings, then the default title bar color for all windows will be their chosen color (it was white before the update). This causes dark colors - for example, mine is set to a darkish blue - to cause the menu options (File, Edit, etc.) to be hard to read, if not completely illegible.
