I'm guessing most people that rip DVDs to be DVDs, rip to the natural multi-file DVD way. I'm guessing most don't
rip all the video elements to a single.vob, even though it's possible.
If they do it though, I wouldn't expect it for another 3-5 years. I just don't suspect there will be a rush on it.
