Thanks for persisting with the issue, guys. :)
I thought some were going to blame our OS for the problem.

I have 2 clean installations of Windows 10 64-bit here.

Version 1761 resolved the shutdown issue for me. I installed over top of version 1757 successfully

Confirming that 1760 with new UPnP.dll is working; UPNP and wireless sync are now working, for the first time in 7 days. thanks. :D

I downloaded 1760 .. it failed
I then copied over the dll .. still fails.

I am trying to do this remotely but haven't had any problem before remotely. Will work on this when I get back in the office tomorrow. Could allow one of the devs to remote in if that would help.

yes Ludek, with the new UPNP.dll in 1760, there has been no crashing; plus the library server shows "running", so while I'm not at home to actually test the UPNP and wireless sync; all appears to be working fine. Will check the UPNP when home tonight.
thanks for all your diligent effort! :P

Could you please give one more try to confirm that this one http://happymonkeying.com/beta/UpNp.dll (I've just updated the DLL)
still works?

Note that I was finally able to replicate the crash using WMP's 'Play to' -> MediaMonkey Renderer

I will incorporate the fix to 1761.
Working here.

This latest UpNp.dll worked for me on 1760.

Was able to start with no crash, and shut down normally.

Could you please download this UPnP.dll : http://happymonkeying.com/beta/UpNp.dll
Replace it over your current UPnP.dll from 1760 and run 1760, does it work then?
There is no shutting down with the UpNp.dll you linked to.
