No.
But I have noticed sometimes with MediaMonkey that DFX is listed and selected twice in the DSP Plug-ins.
If this has happened to you, deselect both instances of DFX and close MediaMonkey.

Go to MediaMonkey's Plugins installation folder:
C:\Program Files\MediaMonkey\Plugins

Remove dsp_dfx.dll, then open MediaMonkey.
The 2 DFX entries should now be gone from DSP Plug-ins.

Close MediaMonkey and move dsp_dfx.dll back to MediaMonkey's Plug-ins folder.
Open MediaMonkey and select DFX in DSP Plug-ins.

There may be a quicker way to do it, but that works for me. :)

It has taken awhile, but you can now get DFX for MediaMonkey. :)
I see it is now also available for foobar2000.

You can see all the DFX player versions here.

By the way!
The Addons > DSP section of the MediaMonkey site needs updating.
