ALAC encoding is free in MMW 4.1.14, Most ipods do not support playback of tracks higher than 24/48. Check iPod spec.

Hi Guys.

I am starting to collect some hi-rez audio formats and am having trouble syncing with my Ipods. With normal CD bit/khz flac files I have no problem getting it onto my devices using the MM Codec Pack (current version is 2.1.2.105). But with the 24-bit/96khz (stereo) formatted flac files they are converted but sound like the batteries are going dead when played on the ipod - it play like they are in "slow motion".

Is this something that cannot be done with the extension?
