You've always got the CSV option which will work for any spreadsheet program.

printing in MediaMonkey

You might want to try the MM 2.3 builds in the alpha forum. Printing isn't disabled on those.

As requested per PM:

You got to the file menu > create reports > tracklist (Excel).

This will export the list that is currently visible in the tracklistings (To show the all your songs just click on artist in the explorer tree).

Once you have saved the excel file you can open it with MS Excel and print it (you can also apply formatting before printing if you wish to do so).

I hope this helps. Ask any question if things remain unclear.

PS. you can change the fields that are exported to Excel. You can either rewrite the script yourself (create a new script as MM overwrites the existing scripts on a new installation) or request help in the scripts forum.

You'll need the gold version of MM in order to be able to export a tracklist to MS Excel. Besides MS Excel there are also other formats available like html in case you don't have MS Office installed.

You could export the list and then print from that application.

I've done this via Excel in the past. Works a treat.

I don't know for sure if this is possible or not...but I need to PRINT my library. I am in the US Army, stationed in Baghdad, IRAQ. I have a very extensive MP3 collection, and have people constantly asking me to burn them CDs...as it's a little difficult to get new ones out here. So, they have to sit at my computer for hours...going through 17,000+ songs trying to figure out what they want. I need to be able to give them a list so they can look through that instead of tying up my desk all day long.

Is this possible w/ MediaMonkey???????
