[SOLVED] Synch to USB for fiat ducato, no artist or album info

Hi,
I'm trying to synch my music to a usb stick for use in a Fiat Ducato motorhome, the player in the van is standard fit, a connect 3" with a media player option.

I did have some music on the usb stick via just copying and it would display the artist, album info. I could select the music i wanted by albums or artists.

Tried with MM4 gold, win 10, synch with conversion to AAC.

I just get a load of songs (that do play) but no artist or album info...it doesn't appear to recognize individual albums.

Can anyone please point me to where i maybe going wrong?!

Don't use AAC, instead use M4A or MP3 or another similar format with tagging support.
