New External Hard Drive

Hello, I ran of space and bought a new 2TB external hard drive and both are Western Digital. I copied over all the files over to the new hard drive but Mediamonkey is showing all the songs as not available and greyed out! I tried to match the paths but still nothing. The only difference I see is the old external hard drive was FAT32 and the external hard drive is NTFS. I don't think that would make any difference but through that out there. Any idea how to fix this?
