freedb for mp3 tagging

i've been looking around the forum for solutions, but i haven't found anything.. what i'm looking for, is a script to handle mp3 tagging with freedb, preferably local.

thing is, i have some albums that are not tagged correctly (id3v1 tags are used, though track names are longer, thus cutting track names), and i'd like to tag them correctly, using a local freedb. now, i use mediamonkey for all sorts of tagging and organizing, and it's by far my most favourite mp3 software. but in this area mm comes a little short.

any chance this can ble implemented into mm, or perhaps a script can be created? right now i'm forced to use other applications to make this work..

FreeDB will be supported.

EDIT: FreeDB *is* supported, and works fine...
