MediaMonkey.ini [TypeSettings] is duplicated [#13863]

MM5 2057 The section "[TypeSettings]" is added again and again to "MediaMonkey.ini" when closing MM

Steps to reproduce:
1. create copy of "MediaMonkey.ini"
2. start MM
3. close MM
4. compare "MediaMonkey.ini" with copy created in step 1

Result following section is twice in "MediaMonkey.ini"
