Re: Lyrics syncing in iOS 10 [#13784]

I apologize if I should have opened this as a new topic but it is essentially the same issue as this except it is now occurring in IOS 13. And unfortunately in the process of trying to diagnose the issue I've discovered a possible regression that is related.
With both a iphone 11 Pro and an Ipad Pro 11 both running the latest ios 13.3.1 the lyrics no longer sync to the device. It seems this was actually present throughout the ios 13 lifetime because lyrics were only present on the songs that were "held over" from ios12. I wasn't sure why some songs had lyrics and some didn't but I wanted to make sure I could replicate the problem before I posted anything.
Tried syncing, clearing the music on the devices and resyncing, tried syncing only a small subset of files all with the same result no lyrics.
As a result of this, and having to resync my almost 10,000 songs I also discovered the behavior that was present some time ago but fixed where after 20 or so songs there would be a significant pause in the sync before it resumes.
