need keyboard method for these tasks: update, sync, eject

Question: I'm looking for a way to accomplish these tasks with the keyboard:

• 1. update podcasts
  2. auto-sync device
  3. safely remove device, aka eject device

I update and sync lots of podcasts to an portable device so hotkeys, an alt-key sequence, or a script that would perform these tasks would be super-useful.

Btw, MM lets you perform all these tasks via the menu bar or via available actions that can be placed in a toolbar (list below). But the menu-bar and toolbar methods require use of a mouse or delicate list navigation via arrow keys. And I cannot identify a hotkey action/keyboard shortcut that will perform any of the listed tasks.

Suggestions?

MMW Gold v4.1.9 (portable mode)

via Toolbar icons (requires use of a mouse): add actions found here:
1. podcasts > update all podcasts
2. other > auto-sync
3. portable/audio devices > safely remove device

Via deeply-nested menu bar items:
1. menu bar > edit > podcasts > update all podcasts
2. menu bar > tools > sync device > auto-synchronize
3. menu bar > tools > sync device > safely remove device

• Note: In menu bar, you end up having to do semi-delicate navigation with arrow keys in order to execute the desired action.
  For example, "safely remove" requires this keyboard sequence:
  • alt-T, then 8x down arrow, then Enter, then 4x down arrow, then Enter. (Clicking a toolbar icon would be easier, but I would rather not use a mouse)
