MM on Tablet

Hoping to find someone that has had some experience running MM on a Windows tablet. I would like to find something that can run MM, has an audio jack output that can go to an aux input on a stereo, and be able to access an external hard drive where my music collection would reside. I am looking to use this on a boat with the stereo system and would mainly control it with my phone. This would basically be dedicated for this purpose so I don't need a lot of processing power out of it. I am thinking the the external drive could be a wireless unit to facilitate the connection if there is no USB port. Thanks for any suggestions.
