Oh sweet mother of ... why are people screwing up UI so much? What is with the FLAT look colors and horrible graphics <sigh> Wish it was FF messing it up.

Can't seem to find a way to logout once i realized it wanted my email address .. not username as before.

Any thoughts on how to logout?

Edited: Never mind found logout under home/account on the left side. <sigh>

Sweet .. just did a new install (complete with full removal of all stuff mm leaves behind when you ask to uninstall) and now 2 days later errors are popping up with just a Shift-Enter. Then to top that off to report the new improved support site is giving me grief. Cross site request forgery detected .. really ???

For MMW it is the Error message box where you have to fill in what was going on.
For the site .. " .. cross-site .. "

Problem getting to support page

A friend has been having problems getting to the support page (yes click support above). The link takes them to http://www.mediamonkey.com/_con/maintenance.php/

When I do it it goes to www.mediamonkey.com/support. I tried copying that into their address line and it goes again to the maint page above.

On my box it goes to the new support page.

Thoughts on what might be going on?

I have different results myself, it may all depend on browser, browser versions, addons (like blockers of any kind) and even OS.

If you're still having problems with accessing the support site, please try the following:
1) Delete your browser's cache (that's most likely the reason for the maintenance page appearing.
2) In your browser, delete all cookies associated with mediamonkey.com. For some users, this will solve the problem of a 'no content error.
3) Restart the browser and login

Let me know if you still have any issues.

Thanks--and sorry for the problems.

p.s. we had to do the upgrade for security reasons. Despite the short term pain, the knowledgebase looks a lot better, so hopefully it'll be worthwhile in the long term.

Rusty, thanks for the reply. I am sure that it is better under the hood. I just don't understand this need that designers have now to go to a flat lifeless looking design. Especially when it comes to icons and such. A perfect example of this is the new FF menu. They used to say that a picture (icon) is worth a thousand words but now they seem to be worth about a buck fifty :)

I will work with my friends system and try to get him sorted.

Thanks again for the reply
