Podcasts deleted from device not deleted from MMA [#11602]

If I delete a podcast from my device using a program other than MMA (BeyondPod) the listing for that file still appears in my MMA library even days later and after several refreshes of the "Check for new media" option. I'm using MMA 1.0.4.0189
