Crossfade occurs in Audio CDs despite it being turned off

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Turn off crossfade in MM.
2. Run an audio CD using MM.
3. Listen to a few tracks to the very end.

Expected results: No crossfade.
Actual Results: Crossfade. (?)

Software Information:
Windows 7 SP1, most updates installed.
Mediamonkey 4.0.7.1511
